“Nobody leaves the KGB Google, Mr. Bond”.

Words not quite uttered by General Gogol to would-be Silicon Valley destroyer Max Zorin in 007 flick ‘View to a Kill‘ . No, this was simply what first sprung to mind when I watched the BBC video below on ‘Inside Google’s Lair’.

A few months ago, I posted on how Google leaves no stone unturned when it comes to analyzing staff data to drive ever higher levels of staff happiness productivity, including, would you believe, staff diets. You can read that post here. Unsurprisingly, Google will analyze and fix almost every aspect of working life to eek out the smallest of improvements in staff  happiness productivity.

I can say I wouldn’t mind a hammock in my office.
